Passport - Minor (Issue of passport to a child )
- Age ( 6 - 16years);
- Two (2) passport sized photographs;
- Photocopies of child birth certificate;
- Photocopies of proof of address (utility bill);
- Evidence of online registration with the Embassy
- Photocopies of the mother’s passport (data page);
- Photocopies of identification from school and the GP.
